“Program Completion Date” is defined as the 100th day from the date of the registration into the program. The “Job Guarantee Period” is defined as 6 months from the date of Program Completion Date”. During this period, at any point, if you get an offer from any company, it will be considered a Guaranteed Job.
- The training period is 100 days from the date of the start of the program.
- You have to pass all the assignment and tests during the program.
- The Program is divided into 2 Semesters and the following are the eligibility criteria for a 100% Job Guarantee –
- You would need to maintain 100% course progress in all the individual semesters, i.e., you need to complete all the learning modules assigned in a particular semester within that semester only.
- All the assignments are mandatory to be submitted and should be valid.
- Minimum of 70% passing score is required in both the semester tests.
- In case you are unable to meet the above-mentioned eligibility criteria, you will still be able to access the program features such as Doubt Clearing sessions for the duration of the program (100 days).
- The Course Content access will be valid for a period of 7 months from the program registration date.
- The entire program fee has to be paid before the start date of the program.
- You will have to attend all interview opportunities organized/presented by NaukriWala at any point during the training program and 6 months thereafter.
- You must be legally eligible to work in India for at least 2 years following the graduation date of the program.
- You must be able to pass any background checks associated with jobs that you apply for with potential employers. Without limiting the foregoing, if you fail to obtain a job offer directly or partially due to your failure to pass any background check associated with the job offer you will not be eligible to ask for any refund of program fees
- There should be no pending or registered case against you in any court of law, police, or any other government or civic body either in India or any overseas territory.
- Any non-disciplinary behavior or action during the training period (including plagiarism) will be considered a breach of the terms of this program and may result in expulsion from the program.
- On joining the program, you must understand that placement depends on your knowledge and skills as much as it depends on our training. It is our responsibility to train you well and it is equally your responsibility to work hard and improve across all areas/topics during the program.
- After completion of 80 days of the training program, you must be fully active in your job search and apply for jobs in Qualifying Positions, in accordance with the best practices prescribed by NaukriWala instructors. We also encourage you to reach out to new networking contacts during the training period.
- If you are unable to get a job during the job guarantee period having satisfied the above-mentioned terms and conditions, then you can apply for a 110% refund of the program fee (a refund for such cases shall be considered and paid after excluding GST).
- Timeframe for Refund: Participants must make a claim for the refund within 1 month of completion of Job Guarantee Period. Claims made after this timeframe will not be considered.
- Limitation of Liability: The Program does not guarantee a specific salary and cannot control the hiring decisions of potential employers.
